The squadron staff is a team of Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC) officers, Civilian Instructors (CI) and Civilian Volunteers (CV). As members of the CIC, they belong to the Cadet Organization Administration and Training Service (COATS), which is a sub-component of the Canadian Forces Reserves. The staff at 188 Cobra are specifically tasked with the supervision, administration and training of cadets. Staff have full time day jobs while they dedicate their evenings, weekends and vacation days to the development of the youth under their care. All our adult staff are trained and screened to work with youth.

Administration
Ontario Health Card - All cadets are to carry their Ontario Health Card on their person at all times during cadet activities.
Training
Parent-Recruit Night – The squadron will be holding a Parent-Recruit Night on 19 February 2025 between 1830-2130hrs at Denison Armoury. Parents/guardians will get a first-hand experience of what it’s like to be a cadet at 188 Cobra Squadron. Parent-Recruits will be learning Drill, General Cadet Knowledge and participate in a graduation parade. Click here to sign up.
Zone 10 Marksmanship Competition – The squadron’s Marksmanship Team will be competing in the Zone 10 Marksmanship Competition on 22 February 2025 at Denison Armoury. More details will be provided to team members closer to the competition date.
